Pastors
In the Bible, we see churches that are lead by local pastors.
In the book of Acts, we see words like bishop, pastor, elder, shepherd and overseer all used interchangeably in addressing the same group of people. These are team that are ordained to take care of the affairs of the church. This is a broad description and each persons specific role and responsibilities are determined by the areas of the church they actively oversee and the teams they work with in doing so.
Paul & Nicole Collinson
Paul and Nicole serve on the New Covenant Ministries apostolic/prophetic team that we partner with, regularly working into churches and Equips all over the world.
They also lead the local leadership team here at Extreme Life Church. They have 3 kids (Abbie, James & Sophie) who all love Jesus and serve in various roles in Extreme Life Church.

Richard & Kerry Snook
Richard and Kerry have served on the pastoral team here for many years as well as having roles in local education. Richard through South West TAFE and Kerry through her long term role as a reception teacher at Kings College.
Richard and Kerry bring many years of pastoral skill to Extreme Life Church as well as serving in many practical areas of the church.
Deacons
In the Bible, we see the appointment of deacons in Acts chapter 6.
They are leaders, selected from within the local church to work along side and assist the pastors in taking care of the needs of the church. These could be practical or spiritual needs. Deacons carry responsibility for the people in the church not just the practicalities of the church. An effective deacon team releases the pastors to focus on their specific roles and empowers the church to grow well beyond the capacity of any of it’s individual leaders.
Angus & Heather Drummond
CONNECTIONS & LOCATIONS
Angus and Heather lead one of our local Connect Groups as well as serving in many areas of the church.
Angus leads our Men v Wild program and takes us on all kinds of adventures including surfing trips, clay target shooting, rock climbing and abseiling as well as sky diving.
Well OK, we haven’t actually been sky diving yet, but we’re keen to right?
They also oversee all areas of connection within Extreme Life Church, working with those leading all our Connect Groups and all other smaller groups within the local church.
Angus and Heather also spearhead our Locations, which is currently a pioneering role to help Extreme Life Church establish congregations in Portland, Hamilton and Colac.

Abbie Collinson
COMMUNICATION
Abbie is very active in the life of Extreme Life Church serving in many areas including 4twelve and our finance team, and is one of our regular worship leaders and preachers. Abbie also oversees the communication areas of Extreme Life Church including all our electronic forms of communication, database management and social media and website.
Abbie is also a registered Personal Support Worker with Victorian Council of Churches Emergencies Ministry and holds a Degree with Distinction in Psychological Science as well as post-graduate qualifications specifically in the area of counselling.

Jacob & Hayley Snook
OPERATIONS & COMMUNITY
Jacob and Hayley lead one of our Connect Groups together with Connor Drummond, that meets every Wednesday evening.
Jacob works with Connor Drummond in overseeing all the operation areas of the church.
Hayley is also a gifted administrator who oversees our community connection and runs many of our events locally and assists nationally as required.

Connor Drummond
OPERATIONS
Connor is one of our regular preachers, and always draws his listeners into his deep and rich understanding of God and His word. Connor serves in many areas of Extreme Life Church including our finances, cafe, and sound as well as leading a Connect Group with Jacob and Hayley Snook.
Connor works with Jacob Snook in overseeing all the areas of the local church operations.

Craig & Elana Agnew
PRODUCTION
Craig and Elana lead one of our Connect Groups and serve in many areas of the church.
They are most often noticed serving as regular parts of our very gifted music team and in the training of our new musicians.
Craig is also very passionate about praying for God to impact our city and leads two, early morning prayer meetings each week, as well as being a regular in our Sunday preaching.
Together they oversee all the production areas of Extreme Life Church.

Eden Romero
Eden serves in many areas of this local church and beyond into some of our partnering churches as well as serving at our national and international training times around the world.
Eden’s primary function is in the area of overseeing all of our worship teams. Eden is also one of our regular worship leaders, which she does amazingly well and is outstanding at raising up new worship leaders.
Eden and her husband Jordyn also lead one of our weekly Connect Groups.
Eden is active in many areas of the local church and can always be found smiling as she serves in whatever area it happens to be at the time.
Louis & Susan Adriaanse
Louis and Susan lead one of our Connect Groups together with Matt and Christie Berry, as well as overseeing the Sunday evening cafe catering.
They can regularly be found serving in many areas of the church and you can guarantee, they will be loving life, each other and you as you join them.
Matt & Christie Berry
Matt & Christie lead our exciting JaM team, JaM stands for Jesus and Me and is for our younger legends on Sunday mornings.
They also lead one of our Connect Groups together with Louis and Susan Adriaanse that is particularly connecting with many from Warrnambool’s growing community of those from diverse family heritage.
Having both grown up in different parts of Indonesia, Matt and Christie are culturally rich and exceptionally hospitable…you’ll never go hungry or left asking questions from their Connect Group.
Matt and Christie serve in many areas of the church including on our preaching team.
